Email for first interview that takes 15min or 5 questions via webcam & laptop. Second interview is with Team leader and Admin. Asks many many STAR questions - almost like 10 or more STAR questions. All difficult situations. Finally they tell they have lot of other candidates for interview which means you FAILED!!!! All this for a $25/hr Data Entry job posting at Enbridge North York. It will be temporary posting & if they like move to permanent role.

You apply online. You get an email back saying you will or will not go in for an interview. I got accepted for an interview - written test on your basic knowledge. Got interviewed by two supervisors. Very open and professional. Took a week and i was told i did not get the position. Somebody with more billing experience than I got the position. A year later I applied again. I got in with another interview and passed it with flying colours.
