It was a conversation and I didn't feel any pressure. The director and I discussed my prior experiences and knowledge. We then talked about what I wanted to learn. The best thing was she asked me what I wanted to accomplish with the company and also my career goals.

I had two interviews. First was online second in person. First was informative and to get a sense of my experience. I got a great impression of the company and was eager to learn more. Second in person also went smoothly and I really enjoyed meeting some of the Team members and seeing the facilities.

I was interviewed by mean of HireVue and was given an opportunity to showcase my skills, experience, and personal talent regarding AV and technology experience. After being contacted for a second interview at the location I was personally interviewed by a Panel of directors, after during which I had all of my questions answered and was excited about the prospect of working with Encore Global.
