Pretty simple and easygoing very straightforward nothing to complicated. Would recommend learning what aspects the job require and make sure your skills are matched. Other than that no big things to worry about know you’re stuff and be confident.

I had two interviews. First was online second in person. First was informative and to get a sense of my experience. I got a great impression of the company and was eager to learn more. Second in person also went smoothly and I really enjoyed meeting some of the Team members and seeing the facilities.

I was interviewed by mean of HireVue and was given an opportunity to showcase my skills, experience, and personal talent regarding AV and technology experience. After being contacted for a second interview at the location I was personally interviewed by a Panel of directors, after during which I had all of my questions answered and was excited about the prospect of working with Encore Global.
