They rescheduled the day before, and I had already taken off work, so I ended up having to take 2 days off. I got the impression they were looking for someone very different than myself. The questions were all about accounting, budgets, etc, not about education. The interviewers did not seem to know much about the child care industry. They were very nice though, and overall it was a positive experience although they never sent an e-mail letting me know they had hired someone else.
