I had four phone interviews over a two month period: (1) recruiter, (2) head of HR, (3) CCO (who was the hiring manager), and (4) CEO. All were arranged via email with the recruiter. The CCO gave positive feedback at the end of my call with him, and he gave me pointers for interviewing with the CEO. Shortly after the CEO interview, I received a boilerplate "not moving forward" email from the recruiter. There was no further communication even with a couple of requests for constructive feedback (i.e., where did I fall short, etc.), which after four interviews over a two-month period I think I deserved. But no dice.
