The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EnerSys
Interview
I had 3 interviews, two phone and one in person at the office where I had to give a presentation. After an hour interview and a relatively long commute to their location, they never got back to me regarding the interview. Pretty unprofessional experience, if you make someone prepare and give a presentation, at the very least send an automated email saying you did not get the position.

Interview
First round was general HR round and some technical questions which went on for about an hour. Then was the on-site round in reading, PA which lasted for about 3 hours. Was interviewed by the team, HR, engineering manager and engineering director
