There are three steps. 1. A quick, 15-minute phone screening interview where they ask you about your interests and why you wanted to apply. During the call, they also explained what Enercon is. 2. An online assessment where they asked about past projects. 3. An online interview. The interview was mostly behavioral, with some technical questions. They were very simple voltage and current dividers.
