Enerpac Tool Group Manager interview questions

I was interviewed by the hiring manager and the staff who is supposedly going to report to me at the same time. The interviewers did not introduce their background, organization or the role and jumped right into asking pre-written questions. The questions were for a junior level hire, certainly not for a Manager level role. Did not leave much time for me to ask questions at all. I was thinking of cutting this disgrace really short, but just went with it, unfortunately.... waste of time. They did not even have the courtesy of informing of their decision: just radio silence.
