Very enjoyable experience with relevant questions and feedback. I felt that the interviewer had immense passion towards his role at the company and was able to provide effective answers to my questions

Question 1
How would you start a project or task that has never been done before?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enexor BioEnergy (Franklin, TN) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process began very soon after submitting my resume and cover letter with a Zoom call with the hiring manager. He was very friendly and the questions were more about background and experience and not overly intense. Just a few days later I was invited for an on-site interview. The executive assistant was also very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. I flew in the night before and stayed a few minutes away from Enexor at a brand new hotel. The interview day started out around 8am and was segmented into 1 hour blocks with various members of the executive team except the 1-1/2 hour block before lunch with the owner, Lee. There were many great conversations at lunch that included hobbies, backgrounds, and details of everyone’s families. The afternoon discussions included time spent with the engineering team, the assemblers, and fabricators with a great tour of the manufacturing floor. After the day was over, I felt very positive about everything. The challenges and opportunities that come along with a relatively new company was intriguing to me. I also didn’t feel like there was a large risk in stability and career opportunities as sometimes associated with relatively new companies because I saw the level of experience, passion, and talent in Lee and other team members. A few days later I was contacted and discussed employment details over the phone which was followed by a written offer through email.
