I applied online. I interviewed at England Logistics (Salt Lake City, UT) in Mar 2021
Interview
The entire process from application to offer letter took 5 days.
I was contacted via email by Dana, my recruiting officer, the day after my application. I was invited to schedule a time for an initial phone interview with her. The initial phone interview was pleasant and Dana was professional and thorough, making sure that I understood the position that I was applying for, and was direct with any concerns. We spoke about culture compatibility and she answered all of my initial questions. Moving forward from there, she organised a second interview with three Logistics Coaches.
The second interview was a remote video conference. Make sure you still take the time to dress appropriately. The video and audio was clear and there was no lag or communication issues. They again explained the position very carefully to ensure I understood what was to be expected of me. I was asked specific questions based on experience and was expected to answer using past examples. There were also psychometric questions to ensure that I would make a good fit for their clients and the company. They made sure that they gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions both during and after the interview process.
I have noticed reviews on Glassdoor that suggests that "Millenials won't hire Boomers", but I can assure you that if you're the right person for the job, they will make an offer.
All in all, it was an easy, pleasant and positive hiring procedure and they sell EL as much as you should sell yourself.

Interview
Very informal and unorganized. I left with a very negative gut feeling. A lot of questions were left unanswered and I was left with the feeling of a multilevel business.
