I applied through my University's website and within a week I received a call back from a recruitment manager. We then proceeded t set up a time for a phone interview a few days later. During the phone interview I was asked to just walk her through my resume and had to answer some personal questions about my goals and past experiences. The next day I received a call about coming downtown for a personal interview for later in the week. That interview lasted about an hour and a half and I met individually with three employees. Again, this interview was just to talk about my goals and experiences and why I might want to work at Enova. They walked me through what they did on a day to day basis and I had the opportunity to ask questions. The next day I was offered a position and accepted. Everyone at Enova was extremely kind throughout the whole process. All the employees seemed to be relatively young and enthusiastic about their job which makes for a great place to work.

while I was told by the HR that I'm going to be move forward with another interview, the next day i emailed back for the interview time, and got the reply saying that i'm not selected, which was very disappointed to me. i felt like doing a good job on the first few rounds.
