First spoke with a recruiter who worked remotely in the northwest, then had a phone call with Paul Lave - head of the SDRs. Really great phone call, enjoyed the interview, and he brought me in person. Spoke with Adam Zarate (awesome Inside Sales Rep) and Steve Schwartz (now the SDR Manager, recently promoted.) The keys to the interview were (1) understanding Ensighten's technology at a high level, (2) demonstrating the ability to learn quickly and focus, and (3) showing strong communication skills.
