interviews were conducted over the phone, first with the recruiter, then hiring manager, consultant on his team, directors, then again with another recruiter. the hiring managers, consultants and directors were fine honestly, i felt like i had some great conversations with them. the recruiters however left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. between not getting back to me for days at a time to eventually going dark, they made what could have been a pleasant experience not so great. i would have been fine with them saying "hey, you're not a fit"...i've been rejected a more times than i can count...it's not my first rodeo so it wouldn't have been a bad thing. feedback is key, I'd of respected the organization much more had a simple phone call been made.
