Interview
If you are a woman stay FAR away from this company. During my call with the recruiter they straight up told me I'd be their diversity hire. I would never work for a company that only sees me for my gender versus my work. If you need to tell your potential employee you will be a diversity hire there is an obvious underlining issue of work place diversity here. I will NEVER work for a company that would tell me this. Remember interviews are a two way street.
