The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Morristown, NJ) in Jan 2012
Interview
The interview process for me was long. It took about a month from the time I applied to the time I had the final interview. The first Interview was a phone interview that lasted about 15 minuets. The second interview was with the same person in a regional office and lasted about 30 minuets or more. The interviewer was friendly and professional and asked question relating to sales, work ethic, team work, leadership, and customer service. The third interview was at the branch that I would be working at if I were hired. For all final interviews they ask you to come a half hour early to watch the workers in action. In the second interview I was given a form to bring with me with questions on it to ask the employees. When I got to the final interview I was interview by the branch manager and the regional manager together. The questions they asked were very specific questions about sale and customer service relating to past experiences.
