I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Cumberland, MD) in Apr 2012
Interview
I applied for the management trainee program online, in response to an add on a MD Government Jobs webpage. I was contact via email about two weeks later to schedule a phone interview. After 3-4 back and forth e-mails to schedule, the phone interview was conducted.
I felt like the interview went very well. The interview was casual, starting with a basic resume walk and a few situation questions. The interviewer gave a good background on the pay/hours required of the position, but did not detail much about what duties would be performed. The interviewer also explained the interview process as a whole, as a phone interview, branch interview and regional office interview.
At the conclusion of the 25 minute phone interview, the interviewer stated that I would be contacted by the end of the day. Around 5:00 PM I received an e-mail from a different HR employee with a standard "looking for different qualifications" e-mail. I thanked them for the opportunity, and let them know I would be interested in further positions as they become available.
Overall - simple, casual interview. Felt like it went pretty well and that I would at least get an in person interview, but was somewhat taken aback with the standard response.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
For what reasons do you think Enterprise is a good fit for you?
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
