2-step process, first was a phone call to see if you qualify for the second interview. The second interview was in person. Asked a lot of questions and took about a hour altogether.

Very easy to get in. Apply, they call for orientation, go interview at the branch you’re gonna work at then they’ll call if you got the job. Most likely you got it cause they’re in desperate need of service agents who aren’t even appreciated there. That’s why I quit. No advancement. Everything there is all about having a bachelors degree for them. Make you work in the hot and cold weathers, gets mad if a car ain’t cleaned. Always rushes you to get a car done.
