I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Cardiff, Wales) in Feb 2018
Interview
I received an email asking for a telephone interview just one hour after sending in my application form. Fairly informal interview including the classic "when have you..." questions basically just so they can find out a bit more about you. At the end of the phone call, I was told that they would like to put me forward to the next stage which was a branch visit. Again, this was a positive experience where I met the staff at the branch I was applying for. It included shadowing an employee and having an interview with the branch manager. It was great as I was able to ask as many questions/queries as I needed and I was able to confirm to myself that this was the job I wanted. Just like the telephone interview, at the end the branch manager said he would like to send me to an assessment centre in Cardiff in two days time. The assessment centre was a lot more relaxed than I had expected so don't stress. It involved a logistics test, two role plays (customer service / sales) and a ten minute interview with an area manager. It was great to meet area managers that I may come across again in the future. Overall great experience and from application to assessment centre was only 7 days.

Interview process was quick and straightforward. Talent acquisition were friendly and informative about the role. I would definitely apply again in the future. It would be great if they provided more detailed interview feedback, however all in all the interview process was well organised and a great experience.
