I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Staines, England) in Jul 2018
Interview
The interview was about 20-30 minutes long, one on one interview. She was friendly. After checking my paperwork we got straight on with it. Questions about sales, leadership and customer service.
I feel the job description was misinformative. You do all those jobs at once - it is not a job rotation, they expect long hours from you, low pay, only a small % reach the top commission rates and this does not seem to be a proper graduate scheme.

Question 1
Describe a time you have received great customer service.
Interview process was quick and straightforward. Talent acquisition were friendly and informative about the role. I would definitely apply again in the future. It would be great if they provided more detailed interview feedback, however all in all the interview process was well organised and a great experience.
