Was invited to a phone interview based on my CV. The HR rep rang 25 minutes later than we arranged, sounded like she was eating on the other end of the phone and seemed to rush through the questions (she even forgot to ask me a couple, as towards the end she said “that’s all for now. Oh wait, there’s a couple more questions...”
Really unprofessional experience. I felt the whole time like I was never in consideration for the role and I was only rung as I was promised a call. Thankfully I’ve had some promising face to face interviews already so hoping for the best there.

How would you rang the following in order of importance: progression, future earnings, work/life balance.
Interview process was quick and straightforward. Talent acquisition were friendly and informative about the role. I would definitely apply again in the future. It would be great if they provided more detailed interview feedback, however all in all the interview process was well organised and a great experience.
