First is a phone interview that lasted about 10 minutes. I was asked:
how I handled a disgruntled customer
if I had sales experience and give a time where I had to persuade someone to do something at my job
what kind of leadership skills I have
a time where I had to lead a team
why I wanted to work at Enterprise
how I heard about the job
3 strengths
They want very specific answers so don't give something broad.
After the phone interview, I was told I would get a phone call to set up an in person interview with the same recruiter.
Straightforward and only competency based questions no technical questions. Very easy to prepare for mostly focus on skills based questions and situation based things e.g can you tell me about a time when....
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Aberdeen, Scotland) in Apr 2026
Interview
straight forward and quick with good communication. Started with a phone call to get to know me more and speak through future aspirations and then a more formal interview discussing compentencies
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Warwick, RI) in Mar 2026
Interview
very easy and laid back, asked about 5 questions, not difficult at all. the person doing my interview was super nice and made the interviewing process a lot less stressful and nerve racking.
