Interview
Had a phone interview few months back, didnt progress due to the job not meeting the days i can work. Few months after get a call from HR about a new job opening, didn't have to do another phone interview instead invited to a face to face at the HQ in Surrey (1 hour drive from London), passed the interview got invited to a brunch interview (over a hour journey by train) interview commenced 2hrs after the scheduled time between then i was just sat in the office (if i was moving around the office i would have been more happy to be honest).
Basic interview questions however i was interviewed by two managers who didnt look prepared as they were reading and choosing questions from a sheet. After the interview was told the usual call back within a few days from HR.
5 days gone no call yet, I checked emails no emails either. I then checked my junk emails to find a basic email saying I didnt get the job 6 days after the interview with no reasons other than they couldnt carry on to the NEXT interview.
Going and coming back alone on travel was 5 hours alone not to add the time in interviews and all they can provide is a template email....
To add on the job roles in this company all come with more to do then you should and with no rewards as you get minimum wage salary.
I should have just listened to the other reviews and not have taken out all this effort.
In the interview they asked very common situational and behavioral interview questions. The recruiters we very nice, and helpful in answering any questions. The process took about a week at most and everyone was pleasant to work with.
