I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Dec 2013
Interview
I applied online and received an email from the Talent Acquisition Manager saying that they wanted to schedule an interview. Met with the Talent Acquisition Manager and it was a fairly simple interview. Some get to know you questions, behavioral questions - "Tell me about a time." I was asked why I chose the university that I attended and why Enterprise. I was told on the spot that I would be moving on to meet with the area manager. Two days later I had to complete a branch observation and then interviewed with the Area Manager. This interview was a bit more difficult. Have a lot of scenarios that describe your leadership, customer service, and sales skills. Again I was told on the spot that I would be moving on to the final interview with the Regional Vice President. I met with the Regional VP the day after and it was more of a meet and greet - lasted about an hour. He went through my application and resume and asked questions about certain aspects. Try to seem personable and outgoing. Really they are trying to see if you can hold a conversation. If you have played any sports try to play that up as well - Enterprise believes that if you have played sports that you are competitive, which is something that they look for in their employees.

I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
