I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Mount Washington, KY) in Feb 2014
Interview
I applied on a Sunday and was contacted to schedule a phone interview the very next day. They scheduled me for phone interview Tuesday morning. The interview took about 35 minutes. They asked a lot of situational questions and how you have handled specific situations in my previous positions. They were very upfront and honest about salary range right off the bat in the phone interview (mid-30s). They were also very honest about the work schedule. There is no flexibility to leave before 6:00 pm during the week (Monday-Friday) and you work every other Saturday. I was not able to move along in the process because I knew I could not meet the time demands as I have to pick my children up by 6:00 everyday from child care. But overall, the interview went well and it seems like a great place to learn how to run a business!

Question 1
Describe your experience with explaining to a customer how they can benefit from any additional services
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
