I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Eagan, MN) in Oct 2013
Interview
I went in for 4 interview including a phone interview. Each interview was very similar, but with a different person. Each person I interview with was higher up in the company. If you are good with people and your hardworking you will get the job. Just make sure to show how much you want the position and act professional.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very typical behavior questions. They are just curious if you are good at communicating and thinking on your feet.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Toronto, ON)
Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
