Next you will meet with an Area Manager and a Branch Manager for the area you will be hired in. They will ask if you're ready for long hours and ask you about your business and customer service experience.

Quick and smooth, my interviewer already had the questions pulled up and they only ask me to answer accordingly, Very interview esque but not too too serious quite relaxed also had a question period at the end.

I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
