Two interviews and an observation. First Interview is with a recruiter who asks really simple questions. That interview is to simply test your ability to interview with the Area Manager. The second interview is much more difficult. If you show a lot of personality and build up your sales and customer service experience, they will love you!

Quick and smooth, my interviewer already had the questions pulled up and they only ask me to answer accordingly, Very interview esque but not too too serious quite relaxed also had a question period at the end.

I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
