First process is the telephone interview, followed by an interview with the talent acquisition team, then an interview in a branch you could possibly be placed in, followed by an all day assessment centre, after this you find out if you have the job, once you have got the job they invite you to 1 week of training at head office where you stay over all expenses paid.
