Applied online. Had an interview with the recruiter which was a little deceptive since she included no details about salary or hours during the interview. Once you passed that stage, you have the opportunity to sit in a branch observation for 2 hours along with interview with the area manager. This is the most important interview during the process. At that point, there will be an interview with the Regional VP - this is more of an intimidation tactic to see if you would be up for the job. Be prepared, be confident, and do your research and you will be fine.
