I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (South Vineland, NJ) in May 2014
Interview
I first found enterprise through an online job search and applied. Within a week I received an email from the hiring recruiter with three possible dates to schedule a face to face .
This first interview was a "get to know you , how much do you know about enterprise , and can you commit to at least a 50 hour work week." I was asked some behavioral questions which the answers should follow that of the STAR structure. (research STAR interview questions and answers if you are not familiar with this line of interview questions). At the end of the interview I was told that I was being pushed on to the next round of interviews which a branch manager and a regional manager.
I scheduled this interview at a local branch. This interview is supposed to be an hour observing the branch and then an hour worth of interview. There was not much happening on a Wednesday at 1 PM so they decided to move up my interview which was fine . I was asked a lot more behavioral questions as well as digging deeper into my resume and asked me to elaborate extensively on my sales and customer service answers , occasionally throwing curve balls such as " that's a great example, now what if something went wrong in that specific situation , how would you have done it differently." The interviewers at this round put their poker faces on which was hard for me to gauge if they liked me or not. I got a call the next Monday telling me that I had passed through to the next round and I would be meeting with the Regional Vice President.
I scheduled this interview for the following week.Of three interviews this one was the most relaxed. (I believe that the third interview is a formality and you technically get hired in the second interview which was by far the hardest) . She was very nice and told me a lot about her self and asked some questions such as who is a great leader and what makes a great company. I was not offered a job at this point as they still needed to run a background check which you have to consent to. The next Tuesday I received a call from the branch manager asking me if I would accept the position and told me a start date.
Over all the process was a great experience but also nerve-racking, waiting to be told you moved onto the next round. Remember be honest and yourself, they are looking for friendly sales people who can help customers out .

Great outreach and screening process. Guided through the whole process, felt they wanted me to be a successful candidate. Professional. 2 hour second interview felt long. Make sure to bring printouts and copies of resume.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
Three-part interview process! My only complaint is that I was reached out to on LinkedIn and have no idea what the actual job is. Other than that, everyone has been super friendly and on top of the process, making me feel a little too relaxed haha.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Quick and smooth, my interviewer already had the questions pulled up and they only ask me to answer accordingly, Very interview esque but not too too serious quite relaxed also had a question period at the end.
