Started with a phone interview with an overall idea of the job. Then had a second phone interview asking more questions about customer service. Then if your get though that then you interview with a regional and branch manager, which asked more in depth customer service and experience questions. Also, they will give you a tour of the branch and talk about day to day tasks. Lastly, you will have finally interview you will meet with a district manager and discuss what is expected of you and a few more questions

Great outreach and screening process. Guided through the whole process, felt they wanted me to be a successful candidate. Professional. 2 hour second interview felt long. Make sure to bring printouts and copies of resume.

Three-part interview process! My only complaint is that I was reached out to on LinkedIn and have no idea what the actual job is. Other than that, everyone has been super friendly and on top of the process, making me feel a little too relaxed haha.
