Interview
The first interview was a pre-recorded set of questions asked virtually over Zoom. It was very laid back with standard questions pertaining to a CSR/Sales position and work ethics. The final interview was a phone interview which lasted approximately 30 minutes. My interviewer was very nice and made me feel at ease. The questions were geared towards previous work experiences handling difficult situations and what qualities are important in a CSR/Sales Role.
