I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Southfield, MI) in Mar 2010
Interview
I did the online application on a Friday and was called the next Monday to set up and interview on tuesday. The recuiter did a preliminary phone interview and ask me to come in. The first interview went well. I thought that I might have the job. She asked a lot situational sales questions then I was sent to the next interview where I was sent to meet a branch manager and the regional rental manager. I thought the people at the branch were nice the same questions, A little more intimidating, But I thought I did fairly well. apparently not what they are looking for. Some one with strong sales and aggressive personalty almost pushy. when you look a compensation it may not be worth it for the hours you have to put in. I didn't get the job ,so maybe its not meant to be...oh welll.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
