Began with a telephone call. Informal, but asked for me to go into great detail about my sales and customer service experience. I was unprepared so this was shaky. Luckily I had an employee referral, so I moved ont next round, which was in person. Two managers simultaneously interviewed and evaluated me. Again, they asked about my customer service experience. Very simple interview. 1 hour total. They were friendly.
Great outreach and screening process. Guided through the whole process, felt they wanted me to be a successful candidate. Professional. 2 hour second interview felt long. Make sure to bring printouts and copies of resume.

Three-part interview process! My only complaint is that I was reached out to on LinkedIn and have no idea what the actual job is. Other than that, everyone has been super friendly and on top of the process, making me feel a little too relaxed haha.
