      Senior Customer Assistance Representative Interview

      Jul 10, 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jul 2014

      Interview

After turning in my online application, I received a call for a phone interview a couple days later. The phone interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions and learning who I was as a person. The woman conducting the interview was very pleasant and helpful. A week later, I received a call for a 2nd interview at the branch location with the Branch Mgr and Area Mgr. She helped me out as far as the dress-code and what type of questions to ask and be prepared for during the 2nd interview. The branch interview, while very formal, was also very relaxed. I toured the facility and learned a little bit as far as how the business operates. I was asked a few questions regarding my sales experience and interaction with others. I was given the opportunity to ask questions about the process. Then the 2nd half of the interview was the Area Manager asking me more behavioral questions... What made me choose the company? What qualifications I have? List some of my negative traits or qualities? An example of a tough sale, etc... Have examples prepared and ready in your mind. Also, it is a good idea to research the company a little before the interview.

      Application

      I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility

      Interview

I had one short phone interview and then an in person interview a week or so after. The in person interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. I was interviewed by the Area Manager. She asked me about my past experience that I had outlined in my resume and cover letter. She asked questions about problems which I had to solve and how I went about doing it. She asked me about my strengths and weaknesses. There wasn't anything too outlandish about this interview, read up on the company values and you should be fine.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Lihue, HI) in Sep 2019

      Interview

I spoke with a recruiter and scheduled an interview. The recruiter was very friendly and thorough. She made sure I understood the job opening and pay and time requirements. After explaining and doing a little negotiation, my information was submitted for a background check, once that cleared I was able to start working with Enterprise. I showed them that I was eager to learn new things and had a helpful attitude one coupled with a strong willingness to learn and grow. I saw the main office manager and main island station manager in the interview. They were nice and gave me a bunch of scenarios to better understand my personality. It was a good interview. They really understood what it meant to truly screen the interviewee and qualifying them for the position and what it really entails.
