Interview
First interview was on campus with the head HR. She was really sweet and has definitely worked her way up fast into the position. It was a very casual and comfortable interview. I found out a week later that I was accepted for a second interview at the actual branch. Scheduling was really easy. I had my interview booked for a week and a half after the first interview. Questions that were asked were all situational. Nothing out of the ordinary but it was a little intimidating sitting there with the branch manager. The vibe I got was good.

Most difficult question: If you had to deal with a customer that was complaining about a situation but you know they're wrong, what do you do?
Great outreach and screening process. Guided through the whole process, felt they wanted me to be a successful candidate. Professional. 2 hour second interview felt long. Make sure to bring printouts and copies of resume.

Three-part interview process! My only complaint is that I was reached out to on LinkedIn and have no idea what the actual job is. Other than that, everyone has been super friendly and on top of the process, making me feel a little too relaxed haha.
