After applying online I received a phone call. This was a screening process where the interviewer asked me very basic questions e.g. why am I interested in working for enterprise ? where do I see myself in 5 years etc. After this I was invited for a first round interview with a HR manager. The interview lasted about 40-50 minutes and covered questions such as..give me an example where you demonstrated leadership/responsibility. Tell me a time when you made a mistake, how did you handle that,what would you do differently? Tell me about a time you failed in a task? Tell me a time when you went out of your way to help your boss ? The second interview was with a branch manager and this also involved an hour of observation in the workplace. Questions included, tell me a time when you have been promoted at work for excellent customer service? Have you engaged in extra curricular activities while at college/school? What is your greatest achievement to date? etc. The next stage is the final stage which is an assessment centre which I have yet to attend.
