Interview process was fairly straightforward. I was initially contacted by the Talent Acquisition Manager for my region based on an employee referral. We had a brief phone interview which lasted 10-15 minutes and basically covered a brief overview of myself and what I knew of the company, after which she proceeded to schedule me for a face-to-face interview with her a couple of days later. The first interview was again with the TAM I spoke to, of which we again had a more in-depth version of our phone conversation. There were a few behavioral questions but not many, it just felt as though she was trying to get a better feel for who I was, what I knew about the company and to see if I fit their general mold. They look to employee highly energy, personable people above all else, I would look to project these qualities. Upon passing the first interview, I was then scheduled for a second with an area manager who was also accompanied by the branch manager of which branch I was to be visiting. Upon arriving to my second interview, I was asked to arrive approximately 30 minutes earlier to observe and get a better feel of the day-to-day operations and tasks of a sales management trainee. Every single employee within the branch at one point or another came up to me, introduced themselves and shook my hand which was very impressive. When you walk into the branch as a prospective employee you really get that team feeling. While the area manager was around 45 minutes late or so to our interview, this generally didn't bother me like it would most people as it afforded me the opportunity to pick the brains of the employees better and simply observe for a bit longer, which I believe helped me in the second interview which is by far the most intensive in my opinion. It is very heavy in behavioral questions, and they are looking to see how you can present specific examples of the core values that they look for (sales, customer service, marketing, etc.). As I stated, the interview was with both the area manager and the respective branch manager, both of whole were very tough but incredibly fair interviewers. As long as you are honest and speak from the heart, there is no reason you shouldn't do well if you even somewhat experienced for the job. Just again, have a great attitude and relax above all else. After passing the third interview which I was fortunate enough to receive a call for an hour later, was then scheduled for the following Monday (second interview was on a Friday so they were nice enough to call me before the weekend so I wasn't forced to sweat it out, which was nice. The third interview was with the Regional Vice President - this interview was far less intensive than the second and simply was to see more if you are a good fit for the company. It's really just to make sure that all the bases have been covered. Again, for me, one of the better interviews I've ever had in my life. We talked NHL hockey and Monday Night Football at one point and all around this company is made of great, genuine people. I did not receive my offer in-office, although I believe that was due to a formality that they have to make sure to get final approvals from each interviewer and my TAM had been at lunch at the time. Regardless, I received a call a few hours later and that's all she wrote. Great interviewing experience in my opinion and I look forward to beginning my career with Enterprise.
