      Application

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Bowling Green, KY) in Oct 2014

      Interview

5 weeks from application to start date. 3 weeks till job offer. First I filled out an online application. 1) phone interview: basic overview of job and requirements (32-36k a year, 48 hour work week, sales focused, cleaning cars, etc.). She asked a few situational questions to prove o was comfortable with customer service and had a servant mentality. Was very accessible and honest. Told me to look for a call from a regional manager. 2) regional manager: same day received a call from regional manager. Set up interview for the next week. She was ready when I got there, informative, and honest about job tasks. She reiterated that it wasn't a job for someone wanting a handout. Asked more STAR questions like "tell me about a time you went above and beyond. 3)Had a shadow at a branch after this for 2 hours at local branch where I met the manager and trainees and saw how the day to day went. 4) regional vp: had another interview almost identical to the first in-person. After the behavioral questions we just talked about past experiences working as servers in restaurants. Afterwards was told I'd get a call (which had me worried since I thought it went great) and received one the next day. They all gave me their personal phone numbers and were always able to answer my calls and questions. I sent thank-you emails, which I would recommend. identical

      Interview

Great outreach and screening process. Guided through the whole process, felt they wanted me to be a successful candidate. Professional. 2 hour second interview felt long. Make sure to bring printouts and copies of resume.

The interview process is a little long. There’s three interviews. They go over your history and see if you are competitive enough to work for the company. They look for athletes and people who are outgoing.

      Interview

Three-part interview process! My only complaint is that I was reached out to on LinkedIn and have no idea what the actual job is. Other than that, everyone has been super friendly and on top of the process, making me feel a little too relaxed haha.
