Enterprise is really the job you apply at if you're desperate and will do anything to work. Thats what it was for me when i first applied which was May 2014. I got the job as an intern but could not take it because I was still in school and they wanted me to work 49+ hours! (AS AN INTERN). I sent them an email with my regrets and how much i wanted to be there, and they told me they'd love to have me once I graduated. So I applied once again in December after graduation. I didn't even make it past the first interview.(which, might i add...the interviewer was LATE for) She gave me all this paper work explaining movement in the company, pay, and benefits...which was a front, basically, bc I wasn't even considered for a second interview. Which I think is a load of crap. Working at enterprise is nothing serious anyway...its not a 'forever job' and their turnover rate is at 45%...ha! That say a lot! And half the time you'll be washing cars anyway. But honestly, It was a blessing in disguise that I didn't get the job; Im making about $15,000 more than what I would have been had I got the job at enterprise. I say don't settle, look for other places.

All the questions were truly going in circles, and it was hard not to answer in circles. My interviewer was not well trained to do what she was doing.
Great outreach and screening process. Guided through the whole process, felt they wanted me to be a successful candidate. Professional. 2 hour second interview felt long. Make sure to bring printouts and copies of resume.

Three-part interview process! My only complaint is that I was reached out to on LinkedIn and have no idea what the actual job is. Other than that, everyone has been super friendly and on top of the process, making me feel a little too relaxed haha.
