Interview
The initial interview was great. I had it with a person in HR. She gave me great and constructive feedback for prepping for the second interview. The second interview started off well enough. The first hour was spent at a local branch with the branch manager, who showed me the office and the daily routine of the employees. The second hour was not so great. It was a very formal interview and the regional (who was interviewing me) was a half hour late to this part of the interview. He got right down to business with no apologies, and was very cold during the interview process. He asked mostly behavioral and situational based questions, which was fine, except he was typing away the entire hour of the interview. This didn't allow for there to be much of a dialogue or any kind of interpretation of experience or skills that I, as a potential employee, could offer.

They called me to assign a time for a phone interview which they asked me basic questions. Next, I was emailed for a second face-to-face interview where they asked more of scenario questions and how I approached them. Then, I got a third interview where I met with an Area Branch Manager and observed what it's like to work at Enterprise.
