The interview process often times includes multiple interviews with different members of the leadership team. Most often it will be (3) separate interviews before a decision is made, but if you do very well in the initial (2) that is all you need. Be sure to utilize the Situation Task Action Result (S.T.A.R.) method when answering questions and you should do just fine.
