The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Chandler, AZ) in Aug 2022
Interview
I went through a 3 step interview process. Each step I successfully was moved along in the hiring process.
Step 1 was an initial conversation and interview via video with the recruiter. Asking general interview questions and making sure the position is an ideal fit for you.
Step 2 was an in person hands on interview. I shadowed a management trainee at the location I would be working at. The shadowing process took about an hour and got to see various transactions. After the shadowing I sat down with the Area Manager and Branch Manager. This was and full overview of the position and consisted of questions to determine if I would be a good candidate. Keep in mind they are interviewing you to be in a program that guides you to being a Branch Manager / any role within Enterprise from there.
Step 3 was also in person interview but at a regional corporate office with the Area General Manager. This was a one on one interview that also lasted about an hour and 15 minutes.

Great outreach and screening process. Guided through the whole process, felt they wanted me to be a successful candidate. Professional. 2 hour second interview felt long. Make sure to bring printouts and copies of resume.

Three-part interview process! My only complaint is that I was reached out to on LinkedIn and have no idea what the actual job is. Other than that, everyone has been super friendly and on top of the process, making me feel a little too relaxed haha.
