I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Aug 2010
Interview
1st "interview" was on the phone, just to verify my info. 2nd interview was with a recruiter. He was pleasant and professional. 3rd Interview I thought was positive. I'd read on this site that an ERAC recruiter asked about other jobs being applied to - and that's what happened to me.
I tried to joke my way around it, but this manager literally would not budge / move on until I mumbled a few names at him!
I thought the process was positive as a whole.. I thought it all the way until I never even got a thanks but no thanks call, email, smoke signal or anything.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
