The scheduling process got off to a rocky and slow start. It turned out to be because of people changing positions and it all worked out in the end. Because of the changes, some rescheduling was needed on my part and theirs. We all were flexible which was nice. The people you speak with all talk about transparency and I think they absolutely delivered on that! After every interview, you know where you stand. There isn't that annoying, "We'll give you a call back next week." that never comes. I knew at each interview if they'd like to move me forward and was offered a position on the third interview. No waiting around. It was also more of a conversation rather than traditional interviews which I loved. My biggest takeaway was that everyone was happy and excited for the future, but not only theirs. The path forward is laid out well so you can make an informed decision if offered a position.
Great outreach and screening process. Guided through the whole process, felt they wanted me to be a successful candidate. Professional. 2 hour second interview felt long. Make sure to bring printouts and copies of resume.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
Three-part interview process! My only complaint is that I was reached out to on LinkedIn and have no idea what the actual job is. Other than that, everyone has been super friendly and on top of the process, making me feel a little too relaxed haha.
