Interview
Quite a few phone calls, then 3 Rounds of interviews, and an afternoon of shadowing. Then they started the background check. Then they started contacting my former employers. This suddenly became an issue when they called demanding to contact my current employer. I even checked the DO NOT CONTACT CURRENT EMPLOYER box on THEIR application. They insisted. I told them not to. Then they called the corporate office of my (soon not to be because of them) current employer. And obviously this caused problems for me. Then they sent an email and said that they were not going to go forward with the process with me because of "answers you gave during the interview". If that was true they would not have gone forward with the costly and time consuming background check step. Now the cat is out of the bag and my current boss is looking for a way to toss me out.

This interview was not only a waste of time, but a complete insult to my professional career. The interviewer was condescending, non-engaging, and had a personality of a potato.
I was lied to by the recruiter, that this was not a sales position, when it in-fact was. I was also not made aware of strict requirements for attire until 10 minutes before my meeting. Completely unprofessional and unorganized and using predatory tactics to take advantage of college students and/or people in serious need of a job.

Online screening, in person, then another in person. For the online, they're about thirty minutes max. Be sure to come prepared w/ proper attire, I recommend reading over the company site, it will be pretty helpful for some of the questions
