Interview
For me, the interview process consisted of 3 interviews. 1 - virtual interview on Microsoft Teams that lasted about 30 minutes. 2 - Branch Observation. This was in 2 parts and lasted about 2 hours total. The first half I got to observe how the rental process works and see the branch I was at and how it runs. The second half I was in a sit down interview with the branch manager. 3 - I had an in person interview that lasted almost an hour with the Area Manager and I was offered the job.

Three-part interview process! My only complaint is that I was reached out to on LinkedIn and have no idea what the actual job is. Other than that, everyone has been super friendly and on top of the process, making me feel a little too relaxed haha.
