I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (New York, NY)
Interview
Had an initial interview with a recruiter, and then made it through and had an interview with an area manager of the group of branches I would be working under. Both interviews were exactly the same and had the interviewers reading questions word for word off a sheet of paper. Felt super robotic because it happened twice. The job is clearly a sales based job and you will just be working the front desk at your local Enterprise. Seems like you get insight into how a company like that works as a whole, but they really seemed to try to sell the position to me when I realized it's not as great as what they play it up as. I accepted a position elsewhere so I could no longer move forward with the interview process, sent an email to the recruiter thanking them for their time and 10 minutes later received a "we've decided to move forward with other candidates in our hiring process" email back.

Started with a phone call with a recruiter talking about the position, and then an interview with an area manager asking a lot of STAR Method questions and then a third interview with a regional manager
