There’s 3 interviews to get the job. First is with the recruiter who reaches out to you. The second is with the Area Manager of where you’ll be placed. The third is with the Regional Vice President. If you pass all the 3, you’ve made it to the MT Program.

Quick and smooth, my interviewer already had the questions pulled up and they only ask me to answer accordingly, Very interview esque but not too too serious quite relaxed also had a question period at the end.

I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
