3 total interviews. 1st - talent acquisition manager & virtual. Typical interview questions, "tell me about yourself", work experience, strengths & weaknesses, etc. 2nd - Branch Manager & 3rd - Area Manager, both in person & dress business professional is required. In my case, I was given the opportunity to job shadow for 1 hour & then shortly after, both branch & area manager conducted interview. Behavioral & situational type questions.

Quick and smooth, my interviewer already had the questions pulled up and they only ask me to answer accordingly, Very interview esque but not too too serious quite relaxed also had a question period at the end.

I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!
